Husband and wife, tenor and soprano. When young both won scholarships to study with famous opera singers. Gloria sang with Mirella Freni in a legendary recording. Husband and wife migrated to Australia and have lived a life of unemployment. Gloria has published two small books of poetry. I am interested in documenting how talent sometimes becomes, in a cruel twist, the source of constant frustration, pain, and an unending feeling of failure.
